What is Oche?
OCHE is a social gaming experience built for the modern hospitality operator.
Combining premium darts & shuffleboard with food, drink, and a social atmosphere that keeps groups engaged for hours.
Not a dart pub. Not an arcade. A destination. Every OCHE venue is designed to the same premium standard because the brand promise depends on consistency.
Currently live across nine cities and three continents, OCHE is the proven concept for operators who want to own the venue people talk about.

Common questions about our OCHE concepts
What is the difference - OCHE Franchise and an Experience Zone?
An OCHE Franchise is a full venue built around the concept — typically 300 to 2000 sqm, with its own bar, kitchen and games floor.
An Experience Zone puts the same concept into part of a venue that is already trading, so a hotel, bowling alley or bar can add it without building from scratch.
What investment level is required?
It depends on the route and the site. An Experience Zone is the lower-investment option because the building is already there.
A franchise venue is costed against its size, condition and market. Send us the site and we will come back with a range rather than a guess.
Do I need prior hospitality experience?
It helps, and most of our franchisees come from hospitality or leisure — but it is not a hard requirement.
What matters more is the site, the funding and a team who will run the venue day to day. TSGG provides the operating model, the training and the launch support.
What support does TSGG provide after opening?
Operational support, software updates and brand assets continue for the life of the partnership, delivered through The Hangar.
Technical issues are handled through our support desk, and your team keeps access to the training materials as staff change.
Which markets are available for new partnerships?
OCHE is live in nine cities across three continents, and we open new territories with the right partner.
Tell us the city you have in mind and we will confirm whether it is available before you spend anything on a site.
How long from enquiry to opening?
An Experience Zone can be trading within a few months of the site assessment, because the venue already exists.
A full franchise venue runs to a project plan covering feasibility, site selection, design and fit-out, and is measured in quarters rather than weeks.
